Through Existing Customers (Wiley, July 2011). She is also the founder and president of Petra Consulting Group, focusing on customer strategy for enterprise as well as small business clients. Becky currently acts as the Community Program Manager and social media
strategist for Verizon.
In addition, Becky wears several other hats. She is the
Social Media Contributor for NBC TV San Diego. Becky also teaches the “Marketing via New Media” class at UC San
Diego and is the author of top customer service blog Customers Rock!

Becky's company, Petra Consulting Group, is a consultancy focused on social media and customer experience. Previously, Becky was a Senior Consultant for industry-leading Peppers & Rogers Group. Additionally, she worked at Hewlett Packard for 14 years, capping her tenure as Director of Marketing for the UK and Ireland.
